Dark red colour, intense, close to purple with ruby coloured glints. Strong nose with notes of wild strawberry and bourbon vanilla. The mouth is a «sweet», softness of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), softness of spices (vanilla, cinnamon), sweet notes (caramel). Pair with game, casseroles, red meats, cheesboards. Serve between 16° and 18°C.
