The white entrecoeur offers a blend combining the
generosity and the richness of the Chardonnay with the freshness and
minerality of Vermentino.

On the palate it is ample, the fruit and the roundness of the Chardonnay
express their character, associating themselves wonderfully with the
Vermentino with his final pep that boosts the notes
brioches and gourmets.

Pairing advice: A must with a grilled sea bream or
seafood, even if it is recommended to taste it with
fresh goat's cheese. Guilty pleasure guaranteed.
