True star of the Clos d'Ele, the Entrecoeur Red is a wine that
puts everyone in harmony. Crunchy black fruit, greediness, a
herbaceous and fresh, almost minty finish : It has the style of a
great wine from the South of France.
Intense garnet color
Nose on blackberry and blackcurrant.
In the mouth, it is a real fruit bomb, accompanied by notes
of licorice and silky tannins. The final length expresses
touches of garrigue which remind us of the Languedoc
terroir.
A classic Syrah, Grenache, Carignan that shows al that the
Languedoc can offer!
