This lemon confit hummus is a very aromatic version of this great classic from the Mediterranean region: a sweet and very fragrant chickpea cream, spiced up with candied lemon and a touch of ras el-hanout.
To be enjoyed plain on toast or to dip with breadsticks, tortillas or raw vegetable sticks.
