Organic leeks

Organic leeks from Larrère Farms are planted in individual holes and earthed up as they grow. As with all our organic crops, they are weeded mechanically and by hand. Leeks are watered only when the plant demostrates a genuine need for it, as determined by water sensors buried in our fields. The leeks are washed and trimmed at our own packing stations; the one in the Landes region is also IFS food certified.
