Made from 100% Petit Manseng and harvested in late November, La Part des Hommes 2019 is an intensely concentrated and complex late-harvest wine. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with flavours of candied pineapple, dried mango and stewed apricot, complemented by notes of preserved lemon, honey and spices. Fermented and aged for 36 months on fine lees in 300-litre French oak barrels, it offers remarkable depth, balance and ageing potential.
