La Grive
Grown on an 20-hectare plot of sandy, chalky soils, this cuvée benefits from a prime south-facing aspect.
Committed to sustainable viticulture and holding HVE 3 certification, the estate employs careful soil tillage to respect the environment.
The wine undergoes a long, low-temperature vinification process lasting 3 to 4 weeks, followed by maturation on fine lees to develop its signature complexity.
Tasting Notes: The nose is intense, offering ripe aromas of peach, apricot and lychee that reflect the fine maturity of the grapes.
On the palate, citrus notes of orange and kumquat.
The wine offers a beautiful body and delicate texture, perfectly balancing freshness without any harsh acidity and culminates in a long, aromatic finish of pineapple and citrus.
Food Pairings: Best served chilled between 8–10°C. This versatile Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect accompaniment to asparagus, scallop carpaccio, fish en papillote, or a fresh seafood platter.
