La cuvée révolutionnaire de moderato - alcool-free white wine -... Colombard

This is thanks first and foremost to the work of our Gascony winemakers, who selected and vinified their emblematic grape variety, Colombard, when it was ripe. We then distilled it at low temperature to remove the alcohol and preserve all its aromatic richness: a revolution!
