Each grape variety is vinified separately and incorporated into the final blend after aging. Each wine undergoes a maturation period of 9 to 12 months, either in 2,500-liter foudres or 400-liter barrels of second and third use, after which they are blended into the final wine.
On the palate, it is straightforward, carrying the full aromatic palette of the nose; there is a beautiful tension throughout the sip.
