A premium organic black garlic bulb slowly matured through a controlled heating process that naturally transforms fresh garlic into soft, dark cloves with sweet and complex flavors. Produced and processed in the Gers by L’Étuverie, using traditional expertise and carefully selected French organic garlic. The slow maturation process develops notes of balsamic vinegar, licorice and dried fruits, with no additives or preservatives. Ideal sliced in pasta, risotto, sauces, marinades, meat dishes or gourmet appetizers.
