Inspire - Still White Wine

Harvested by hand at the first rays of the sun and placed in small boxes,
the grapes are then kept in a cold room for 24 hours. The grapes are
then sorted by hand and sent to the press. We work with pellicular
maceration, and for the first vintage, we vinified this cuvée in concrete
eggs and barrels for 6 months.
