The white wine vinegar with Herbes de Provence with its tangy taste and the scents of Garrigue goes wonderfully with fish (court-bouillon or papillotes), marinades and other vinaigrettes. To flavour vinaigrettes and deglaze the juices of grilled meats, to accompany shellfish. Tip: Store away from heat and light before opening.
