Heissenberg Riesling

The Heissenberg (the hot hill) enjoys a warm and dry microclimate. The soil and subsoil are dominated by different types of very dense sandstone. Manual harvest, long pressing of whole grapes, static settling, slow & regulated fermentation at 18°C, long ageing on fine lees. Gourmet white wine, racy, pleasant, lemony with hints of anise, complex mineral definition. Beautiful length, nervous and sharp vivacity.
