Our Ham Cube is available in different qualities: Superior, Choice and Standard. Several dimensions are possible: from 4mm to 15mm in order to be incorporated in any type of recipe (quiche, pizza, pancake, cooked dish, salad, aperitif product, puff pastry, cake, bread...). Available in French or EU origin and with nitrite-free salt.
