A tasty acacia honey... Our acacia honey is harvested from preserved forests in which bees forage freely to create a honey with sweet and delicate flavors. Acacia is a tree from the Fabaceae family, better known as legumes. It is a so-called “pioneer” tree which is confined to degraded lands which it enriches, by fixing nitrogen thanks to its roots. Its very fragrant flowers are used in perfumery and allow bees to offer us one of the most famous spring honeys, very popular with young children. Acacia honey is harvested by beekeepers just after the flower blooms to be sure that the foragers have made their own harvest from these flowers. Depending on the region, the harvest takes place between April and July. Given its liquid texture, this nectar keeps perfectly, stored in a place at room temperature and preferably protected from light. Enhanced with a carefully selected blend of natural ingredients. We added concentrated cranberry juice, burdock and dandelion extract, concentrated lemon juice and a blend of lemon, ginger, peppermint and ravintsara essential oils to this honey.
