Our green olive tree with figs is a recipe based on green tapenade. Figs from Provence bring a sweet touch, green olives add tartness and almonds crunch. A tasty spread to share as an aperitif, or as a condiment with cured ham and goat cheese on a bed of salad. On toast as an aperitif or with raw vegetables. On a cold buffet accompanied by carrot, celery, cucumber sticks... It can also be used in cooking to stuff poultry. Put in the fridge after opening.
