Lucques are a unique varietal of green olives grown in the South of France, these are characterized by an almond-shape & are famous for their firm, meaty texture and a pronounced nutty flavour. These famous olives are carefully picked by hand and prepared in our factory following our own curing method that ensures optimal preservation of the product & keep its bright green colour that makes them recognized above all !
