MOUTH : Round and fruity, with candied fruit aromas. Velvety, comforting texture, long, slightly spicy finish.
Food & wine pairing : Daube provençale, duck confit, boeuf bourguignon, truffle brouillade, Savoyard fondue with morel mushrooms, Bo Bun with stir-fried beef.
The grapes are picked by hand. Some of the grapes are crushed, while others are vinified as whole bunches. Aged in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
