Yellow colour with golden hues. Elegant nose revealing notes of toasted brioche, apricot, mirabelle plum and candied zest. The palate is full-bodied but not excessive, with a great deal of finesse and lovely freshness. The predominance of yellow fruit is enhanced by fine toasted notes and a touch of minerality. The finish is just as elegant and refined, with perfect balance.
