Frozen beef tongues

Beef cattles born, raised, and slaughtered in France, fresh offals (beef tongues) are produced in cartons of approx. +/- 20 Kg , 2 or 3 livers per carton. Freezed at -40°C and storaged in coldstore at -20°C
