Fragrant lentil curry - vegetables and legumes

Green lentils from France, cooked with zucchini, carrots, tomatoes and flavored with curry and coconut milk.
Simply reheat the contents of the jar for a few minutes in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave. Serve as a complete vegetarian dish, possibly with a bowl of basmati rice and a salad.
