Our liquid crème fraîche has been Label Rouge certified since 1996. It is the only one in France and has won over the greatest pastry chefs and Michelin-starred chefs! We make it without additives. Our cream is made from milk from cows fed a GMO-free diet and contains 33% fat. It is ideal for use in baking to make whipped cream and also in cooking to finish sauces.
