Our sweet tasting peas and melting d'aucy carrots are the result of the hard work of our cooperative farmers. They are grown in open fields in France on farms committed to an environmentally friendly approach that respects biodiversity and is certified by an independent body. Our steamed peas and carrots are harvested in season at peak ripeness. To preserve all their nutritional and organoleptic qualities they are canned the very same day they are harvested ! Once canned they can be enjoyed all year round both summer and winter.
