Discover the Art of Chocolate with EVASION CACAO

Dive into an immersive journey at ISM and explore chocolate like never before. EVASION CACAO invites you to step behind the scenes of cocoa craftsmanship and learn how to taste chocolate using all five senses. Enjoy an interactive, playful experience designed to awaken your palate and spark your curiosity.

This unique workshop is led by Anne Fortin, artisan chocolatier and founder of EVASION CACAO. Renowned for creating sensory tasting experiences in France and abroad, she has also hosted exclusive masterclasses, including sessions with the UK Paralympic team during the previous Games in Paris.
