Eole Rouge

Ref. : 18bd0f64
It has an intense nose of black fruit, cocoa beans, and slightly spicy garrigue aromas. A seductive, aromatic and tasty wine with soft and delicate tannins, a clear attack and a finish on black cherry. It will go perfectly with a beef tenderloin or a leg of lamb seasoned with herbs from Provence. To be enjoyed between 2023 and 2027
Robe: Deep red with garnet highlights. Nose: Complex and expressive, revealing aromas of ripe black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), sweet spices, garrigue and a subtle touch of liquorice. Palate: Structured and silky, with fine tannins and lovely freshness. Notes of black cherry and plum mingle with hints of pepper and aromatic herbs for a long, harmonious finish.
