ENNEA Rosé 9%vol – IGP Atlantique 2023

Vintage: 2023 Grape variety: Merlot Alcohol: 9 % Winemaking: Every effort is made to produce a wine with a low alcohol content while preserving its fruitiness and freshness. The grapes were harvested at full maturity to preserve all their aromatic potential. The usual fermentation using selected strains of yeast transforms these aroma precursors into richer fermentative aromas. Ageing on the lees, which is usual for all our wines, intensifies the sensation of fullness and length on the palate. Early bottling captures the maximum aromas and preserves their freshness throughout the year. Tasting notes: This rosé has a very pale colour and delicate aromas of red fruit, strawberry and banana. On the palate, it is lively and fresh, with lively acidity and juicy strawberry flavours, complemented by a subtle banana sweetness. Food pairing: This wine is ideal with fish ceviche, salmon tartar, tomato bruschetta or fresh fruit salad.
