In our "Egg" tanks, the wine lives, breathes, moves, and develops before emerging. Thanks to the porosity of our egg-shaped tanks, the wine undergoes gentle micro-oxygenation. Due to their shape, it remains in constant motion, naturally promoting soft and continuous lees stirring. This ageing preserves both the terroir and the fruit, revealing the authenticity of this single-vineyard vintage.
