This Ventoux Rouge, aged in oak barrels for a year, is a wine of character that combines power and finesse. On the nose, it expresses a bouquet of varied aromas ranging from ripe fruit to subtle spices. The palate is consistent with the nose, we are cleverly carried away by the tastes of ripe fruit which combine perfectly with the spices. A beautiful persistent finish for an intense pleasure.
