Our Pinot Blanc vines were planted 30 years ago in the northern part of the appellation, at the foot of the slope. The clayey soil, with a high content of silt and gravel, gives this exceptional wine its fresh, earthy and restrained character.
Nuits-Saint-Georges is one of the rare Burgundian appellations to allow for the production of 100% pinot blanc white wines.
The bouquet, often subtle in its youth, reveals delicate notes of white peach, acacia, and dried fruits. The palate is rich and generous. Its slightly creamy and indulgent texture is balanced by a delicate acidity.
This wine, made from 100% Pinot Blanc, will reveal its full complexity after a few years in bottle.
