Wine making
A classic Rhodadian fermentation
Cold pre-fermentation maceration with light filtration, no added sulphites. This wine was vinified, aged and bottled without the addition of sulphur.

Tasting notes
A greedy mouth evolving on aromas of cinnamon, spices and black fruits. The elegant and supple palate is supported by a tonic and tense structure which leads to a fresh and spicy finish.

Food and wine pairing
It goes perfectly with a veal navarin with small spring vegetables but also grilled meats and vegetable pies.
