The wine-making process
Reception of the harvest at the coolest time of the night. Fermentation at low temperature, the wine having been obtained by pressing.

Tasting
A pale colour, a discreet nose, a lively and fresh mouth, based on Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre.
This rosé has exotic fruit aromas, with final notes of citrus.

Food and wine pairing
The finesse and roundness of this wine will be wonderful in summer with courgette flowers stuffed with langoustine mousse. This rosé is perfect for aperitifs, raw vegetables, vegetable-based dishes and Asian cuisine.
