Domaine Arbousset - Lieu dit Olivet
Domaine Arbousset – Lieu dit Olivet Tavel is a distinctive gastronomic rosé crafted from a rare blend of grey, black and white grape varieties, expressing the unique identity of the Tavel appellation.
Produced from 80-year-old bush vines rooted in ancient sandy and pebble-rich soils, this exceptional cuvée is currently in organic conversion and reflects a philosophy of minimal intervention.
Hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted before fermentation with indigenous yeasts in raw concrete egg-shaped tanks, without added inputs.
Following 24 hours of skin maceration, the wine is aged for six months in concrete eggs and further refined in bottle, preserving its purity, freshness and complexity.
Brilliant garnet-pink in colour, it reveals expressive aromas of ripe strawberry, fresh rhubarb and delicate spices.
The palate is generous and silky, combining vibrant freshness, refined texture and remarkable depth, leading to a long, harmonious finish.
A true gastronomic rosé, it pairs beautifully with spiced world cuisine, grilled fish, grilled meats and Mediterranean dishes, while offering an ageing potential of 5 years or more.
