D2 Rosé

The vines are grown with an east-west orientation on clay-limestone soils of the Coteaux d’Aix en Provence appellation. At an elevation of 350 meters, the grapes benefit from a wholesome thermal amplitude: sun-drenched in the daytime and cooled at nighttime, this gives the wine its distinctive noble character. Harvested at nighttime for maximum freshness and at optimum grape ripeness for better balance and concentration of the wine. Direct cold-pressed to extract a very light color. Fermented at low controlled temperatures (18°C) to retain all the freshness and bold fruit aromas.
