Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Clermont Tonnerre is a blend of Pinot noir – 30% -
and Chardonnay.
Cremant de Bourgogne Rosé is a blend of Pinot noir – Gamay – Chardonnay (10%)
Well balanced, it is a wonderful sparkling wine served between 6 to 8°c
Also, available, Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de blancs (100% Chardonnay)
Aging of our rose crémant de bourgogne : Before bottling, rose is kept for 15 months on lattes to develop all flavours.
