Obtained from our best plots of Pinot Blanc on the Strangenberg limestone plateau, this Crémant is only made from the heart of the cuvée, in order to bring out all the finesse and precision of the limestone. Vinified without malolactic fermentation, it is then aged for 4 years on slats.
