The Courti® Déjeunette is made with wheat flour from France. Its size is perfect for sandwiches, and it has a distinct manufacturing process, which includes high hydration and a long fermentation process, bringing out the bread's delicate flavours. Products are pre-baked on a stone hearth for a crispy, caramelised crust.
