Saint Aubin 1er Cru AOP White Wine - Domaine Moingeon

The family wine company Alain Corcia was set up by Alain Corcia back in 1983 and offers on export markets a collection of prestigious Burgundy wines for more than 35 years. Renowned for its activity of the "négociant-éleveur", it enhances the most prestigious terroirs of this region. Domaine Moingeon produces 3 different Saint Aubin 1er cru white ; one on the village of Gamay, hence the name Saint Aubin 1er cru Sur gamay (not to confuse with gamay grapes), one from Frionnes (north of St Aubin) plot and recently domaine acquired one plot Saint Aubin 1er cru sous Roche Dumay.(Close to Puligny) The white Saint Aubin is the colour of sunshine, with golden highlights . Our Saint Aubin 1er cru Sur Gamay, still young, offers aromas of white flowers, flint, green almond and orange flower. As age will come, it will evolve with reacher fragrances : honey, marzipan and cinnamon. Best served over grilled crustaceans and any poultry at 12°C when young to 14°C when older. Keep up to 10 years after bottling. Open 30 minutes before serving
