Petite Champagne, second cru of Cognac aged 7 years in oak barrels
Bright, clean water of life.
Light amber, golden color.
Subtle floral nose sometimes honeysuckle, sometimes violet.
Dominant dry straw very slightly spicy with a touch of liquorice.
DEGUSTATION NOTE
Good attack, lively, where we find hay and violet.
Mouth oily but clean.
Good finish without aggressiveness or sweetness.
Well adapted to aperitif or long drink: Cognac ice cream, Cognac tonic, cocktails (Summit, Pinklove, etc.)
