Water of life full and mellow although having preserved a certain enthusiasm thanks to its aging in red barrels. Golden brandy with amber reflections.
Nose: Fruity (nuts including hazelnut and almonds, candied fruits, citrus), spicy (cinnamon, vanilla), sweet (honey, toffee blond).
Notes rancio (Porto), empyreumatic (smoked, chocolate), cereal (brioche), vegetable (dry herbs, blond tobacco), woody.
Taste: ample and round. Fruity (dried fruits), spicy, oaky,
empyreumatic, long.
