Clos des Perrières is a 1.80 ha in the village of Savennières. On this real "Clos" of walls, the ground is composed of aeolian sands, volcanic stones, schists and granites. The grapes are hand picked and the alcoholic fermentation and ageing are made in 500-liters oak barrels between 12 to 15 months.
