Assortment of handmade ganache and pralines of Maison Mazet made by its craftsmen in its production site next to Paris. Available in different format from 250g to 1kg. 

Pralines : pure praline (milk or dark) of almond or hazelnut, gianduja, mixed pralines

Ganache : pure, fruit, coffee etc different infusion
