This spicy chickpea soup has everything you need: fragrant, summery with its thick, generous texture. It can be eaten as a starter for 2 people, or even 3 by diluting with 10 or 15 cl of water. It can be your main dish. Heat the soup gently without bringing to a boil (water bath).
