Traditional wine making in stainless steel temperature controlled vats / Maceration at 8°C during 5 days / Alcoholic fermentation during 20 to 30 days at 25°C / Ageing during 6 to 12 months. This deep ruby red color wine combines a slight vanilla bouquet with hints of ripe fruits and spices (cinnamon). Its body offers a great balance between fruity aromas and an elegant oak flavor.
