Grape Varieties : Merlot, Cabernet Franc Vine Age : 30 years Annual Production : 136 800 bottles Harvesting : mechanical with manual sorting Production Area : 13 hectares Blending : Merlot 90%, Cabernet Franc 10% Winemaking : Traditional in stainless steel thermoregulated tanks Ageing : 12 months Tasting notes : A relatively open nose in which fruity and mature notes of cherry, gooseberry and raspberry mix with smoked and toasted aromas. A dense attack on the palate with a nice sweetness, a well-structure mid-palate. Present tannins which add a little astringency and a moderately intense finish.
