Château Mille Roses Margaux 2021

Certified organic wine, blend of 2 grape varieties, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The terroir of our Margaux is formed by large gravels on a yellow clay subsoil. Our plots are adjacent to the Château Giscours and the Château Monbrison on the Arsac plateau. Our wines are aged one year in barrels, despite 30% new wood, the natural power of our tannins and the large proportion of our cabernet sauvignon allows the wood to accompany the fruit, but never dominates. Powerful wines with a lot of freshness, very rich in aromas of red and black fruits but also spices and some minerality. The tasting reveals a fleshy wine, very fresh, with a lot of volume, the tannins are delicate but well present. The aftertaste has a low salinity and an exceptional aromatic persistence! These wines are surprisingly very greedy in their youth but for some vintages, their aging time can exceed 20 years!
