Château Juvenal, Les Ribes du Vallat, AOP Ventoux rouge, 2022

Château Juvenal, acquired in 2001 by Anne‑Marie & Bernard Forestier near the Dentelles du Montmirail, was restored and relaunched in 2011 under the consultancy of Philippe Cambie and Xavier Vignon. Its flagship wine, Ribes du Vallat, takes its name from the slopes (ribes) along the valley’s stream (vallat), and offers fresh redcurrant and crushed raspberry aromas, with a smooth, concentrated palate and layered pepper complexity—singing of its terroir's hillside roots.
