Château Haut L'Abeille Rosé

Château Haut L'Abeille rosé is a directly pressed rosé wine from 100% Cabernet Franc (35-year-old vines) on clay and gravel, clay and limestone soils. The winemaking consists in a delicate pressing after a mechanical then hand sorting of the grapes, followed by an alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (10.000 bottles produced). Consulting oenologist : Jean-Philippe Fort (from Michel Rolland's team). Pale pink - "Provence-style" - in colour, this rosé offers an explosion of red berry fruit in the nose and reveals fresh red fruit flavours also in the mouth. Light, fruity, with a great freshness, it ends with a very charming and delicious finish.
