Tasting notes :
The nose shows a beautiful aromaticity defined by notes of candied pineapple, candied mandarine, dried apricot, flower honey. Beautiful first taste with a lovely attractive softness well-balanced by the acidity. Increasing evolution with a juicy and pleasant mid-palate, and a discreet finish with a retro-olfaction that shows candied and tropical fruit aromas. An excellent Sauternes, immediate pleasure and easy to approach.
