Managed by Marie and  Eric Sicaud, the property exists for more than an hundred years and passed from generation to generation. Mechanical harvest (very late).Cold pre-fermentation maceration during 24 hours. Vatting during 3 weeks. 12 to 15 months aging in oak barrels. Tasting notes:Château Fombrion Cuvée la Grivelière reveal a beautiful ruby color. The nose is fruity with red fruits aromas. Well balanced with melted tannins, this wine is typical of Blaye Côtes de Bordeax appellation.
