Château du Fresne cuvée "Les Onillonnes" Coteaux du Layon 2020

Sweet wine from over ripened grapes, concentrated by the noble rot (botrytis). Exclusively hand harvested, slowly pressed (pneumatic press) to keep the natural grapes’ aromas and to give the wine this gourmand taste. The low temperature fermentation is during several weeks in cement tanks.
